HBO Max reportedly crashed right before the highly anticipated finale of Euphoria Season 2.

Thousands of users reported issues with the app on various streaming devices and more including the Amazon Firestick.

The Amazon Firestick is the most popular media device today due to its low price point and “jailbreaking” abilities.

Many encountered an error screen or message with the following statement:

Something Went Wrong. Sorry, we’re having trouble communicating with the service. Please close the app and try again.

Or, users came across a “Can’t Connect” message.
